The hit UK teen drama Skins is making its (long awaited) US premiere on BBC America in August 2008. As you might remember, I wrote about Skins in May of 2007 and that post attracted quite a bit of attention right around the time series 2 debuted on e4. The complete first and second series of Skins are currently available on Region 2 (UK) DVD, series 3 is expected to begin airing in early 2009 with a completely new cast of characters.
