As you may or may not know, the 2009 Coachella Music and Arts Festival will take place from April 17-19, 2009. As of today (Jan 26), there are many rumors are swirling around the Internets about the lineup, but the festival organizers have already denied a couple:

Coachella has officially denied that this year’s line-up will include performances by Radiohead, Daft Punk and David Bowie, despite extensive reporting to the contrary. The actual line-up for the tenth annual festival is expected to be annouced this week, possibly even today. [URB.com]

Amidst the denials, Billboard.com has confirmed that Faith No More lead singer Mike Patton will perform at this year’s festival with beatboxer Rahzel, but the band will not reunite as had originally been rumored.
