“Wainy Days” (New Season Begins May 7)

Comedy Below Canal: Wainy Days Live, Presented by My Damn Channel. Hosted by David Wain with Special Guest Paul Rudd

Join us for Wainy Days Live, presented by My Damn Channel and hosted by David Wain. The night features a live musical performance from Amy Miles, guests from past and upcoming episodes, including Paul Rudd and Michelle Federer, plus a live version of a Wainy Days episode with cast Matt Ballard, A.D. Miles and Zandy Hartig. Stick around for a debut screening of the Season Four premiere and an exclusive sneak preview of an upcoming episode.

In addition to the guests mentioned above, Messrs. Showalter, and Ian Black should also be in attendance at Thursday night’s special presentation of “Wainy Days Live” at the 92Y Tribeca. The description of the evening reminds a little of the “Soundtracks Live” show they used to do over at UCB (which was the brainchild of Amy Miles), and is to this day, one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen on stage.
