Tegan and Sara – Sainthood
In my humble opinion, the 1,500 seat Town Hall is one of the best mid-sized theater’s in NYC and it seems like a shame that it doesn’t host as many shows as its newly restored bigger brother uptown, the Beacon Theatre. Anyway, all of that is about to change in the coming months with a virtual onslaught of interesting shows coming to the Town Hall including: Tegan and Sara, Monty Python, Mariane Faithful, Playing for Change and The New York Comedy Festival, just to name a few. Tickets for the Tegan and Sara shows go on sale Friday, August 28 at noon. Tegan and Sara’s new Chris Walla produced record entitled Sainthood, goes on sale on October 27.
