This has resulted in a Short List of records that are musically focused, intense and in some cases highly personal. The 2012 Polaris Prize winner be announced at the annual Gala held in Toronto on September 24, 2012. The full Gala event, including live performances from a number of the artists, will be broadcast live on Sirius 151 and 152 and XM 151 and webcast at MuchMusic.com.
