Canada Day in NYC (06/29/13)
Hey folks, June is almost over, and that can only mean one thing, it’s time for the Annual Canada Day Celebrations in NYC. This year marks the return of the (once a regular standby) Annual Canada Day Concert to Central Park. Tonight you can catch Spirit of The West, Joel Plaskett and Lights on at the Rumsey Playfield starting at 6PM. The evening’s festivities will be hosted by Canadian chat show host George Stroumboulopoulos. The day’s festivities begin at the Naumberg Bandshell in Central Park and include trivia with Pat Kieran, cooking demonstrations with Noah Bernamoff, field hockey, and more.
